Omg, I can't go more than 10 foot from the bathroom today.

Had to get up so many times last night to wee, my husband thought he was sleeping with a diabetic 90 year old!

I hope this wears off.

Lol - it sounds as though it's having the same effect on you that starting a diet always used to have on me! It will pass, but you should get a good result at WI with all the fluid leaving your body!!

I wonder if something you usually eat causes you to retain water and dropping it on an SP day makes your body flush the water out?

I drink about 2.5 litres of water during the day, I have an hours commute to work. I know the location of every publicly available toilet on my route!!

Had a normal ee day today. I couldn't keep up the sp, missed carbs and yogurts too much.

It helped me over a plateau though, so it's done it's job x
