Okay so I found this recipe for sweet chilli beef on this thread: http://www.minimins.com/slimming-world-recipes/328289-chinese-recipes.html and tweaked it a bit for chicken
I used:
42g of natural breadcrumbs (7.5 syns - I didn't use them all so counted 6 for the meal)
2 chicken breasts
1 egg (beaten)
Dark soy sauce
3 large cloves of garlic
5/6 medium heat red chillies
6/7 teaspoons of sweetener
So first I chopped the chicken into strips (I made mine pretty thin)
Then I dipped them in egg, then bread crumbs, then fried in frylight until cooked and crispy, then set them aside
I chopped the chillies and garlic then fried until the garlic softened, then I added the soy sauce (hard to say how much but pretty sure I used more than original recipie)
added my sweetener to taste
When the mixture looked a little sticky, I added the chicken to the wok and coated it as much as I could
I served with egg fried rice, baby corn and mushrooms. Here's what it turned out like, 3 syns for the entire thing on EE
