I'm so confused! When I read the what'd for lunch/dinner threads some are saying its a he b but I was under impression they weren't allowed? Would love it if they r cause I don't eat normal bread but would love to have pitta every now and again!

My C said only the weight watchers ones R hexb :)

Yeah I am going to buy them first thing tomorrow! Whoop whoop!

I thought some were a hex B last year but there had been a recipe change or something so (my consultant said) they all have to be synned now. If there are some which are a hex B I'd like to know cos I find they are handy for lunches.

The weight watchers wholemeal ones are a hexB (this is a new thing) but our C said that if you get one which is 8 syns, you can subtract 6 syns from it and use part as HexB same as you do with packet sandwiches. They won't appear in the list as you can't have the whole thing as a hexB, but if it's meant to be 8 sysn you can count it as HexB + 2 syns

I dont believe this is correct so you might want to phone SW HQ to confirm :(

She said it's a tweak - but if it doesn't affect your losses where's the harm? She's the area supervisor and has been a consultant for 15 years so she probably knows a lot more than some of the people at HQ.
