Sorry if I'm not posting in the right place, but I just wondered if anybody uses the vibro plate machines and do they help with your weight loss? I was going to have a go but until I read migraine suffers or people with gallstones should speak with there doctor first I decided against it for now, just intrigued

I'd also love to know the answer to this. My local tanning salon has a good offer on atm so I will use them in november. I know the ones at the gym tend to be better and most home ones aren't powerful.

I used to use them pretty much every day for about 6 months as my friend had one at home that she'd hired. I don't think they helped me to lose weight, but they did help to tone me up a little more. I'd say you have to use them religiously though to see a difference. Just my opinion x
