Fallen off the wagon

OH dear, I have failed again.

Week 1 = 7lb loss
Week 2 = 3lb loss
Week 3 = 5lb gain

In my 3rd week i have really struggled to stay on plan and have eaten non stop.
 
dont beat yourself up about it hun 4lbs will be water weight I bet and it comes off just as fast as it goes on...get back on the wagon a.s.a.p and you will prob be 7lb lighter this time next week

All you've done is taken a delivery into your glycogen superstore, it's just a little overstocked at the moment, but put it on a special next week and it'll soon be gone. There is no failure with this, each point is something to learn about ourselves and our approach to getting to a healthy weight. Sometimes that road is like a motorway, sometimes there is a diversion off the motorway round a few b roads. Takes a little longer, but you'll still reach the destination :)
