i was wondering if anyone knew what the syn value was for each rusk, need something sugary in the evening and these are perfect i couldnt find it in the syns online on lifeline online. the box says 68 kcal and 0.6 sat fat is there a way of working it out?

a syn is 20 calories so 68 you are talking about 3/4 i would put it down to 4 (rounding up)

Rusks at 4 syns each are quite high.....have you tried Alpen light bars they are really nice, sweet and filling at 3 syns each or 2 for a HEXB.

ok thanks guys a bit shocked at how high in syns they are, will abandon the rest of the packet. i usually have my alpen light bars at breakfast, so was looking for some sort of alternative

Maybe you could have cereal for breakfast and save your Alpen bars for the evening.

I always have a Nescafe Skinny Capuchinno (3 syns) and my 2 Alpen bars when I sit down to watch TV at night, it just hits the spot and is so warm and comfy too.
