Please help....
I know I need to look for low numbers but it confuses me which one is most important.
For instance earlier when looking at lowfat soft cheese this was the numbers
per 100g
4.7g Fat
5g Carbs
We have a soda stream machine and the lemon/lime concenrates say
per drink
0 fat
3.6g Carbs
So which do I go for......
What are the ideals per 100g/per portion I should be looking at.
