Fed up!

I think I need some motivation today.

I'm not at all hungry, I'm just really fed up today - so all I can think about is food :(. I'm nearly at the end of week 1 and I know I've lost a lot this week (had a sneaky peek on the scales), plus I can tell I've shrunk a bit as my clothes feel a bit big. So I should have all the motivation I need right there! But I haven't. I'm just fed up with everything today and want to turn to my old friend...food :cry:

Does anyone else get like this?
 
You have to learn to take your mind of food, do ANYTHING, go a walk, have a hot bath, watch a couple of DVDs basically anything to take your mind of food. Youll have more days like this but learnign to distract yourself is important so you dont get back into the habit of using food. I dont know how many DVDs i have bought since I started Exante but they get me thru boredom. Food wont make you feel any better just worst!

Awwwh huge -Hugs.- You can get through this! It's hard work and you should be so so proud of yourself for getting onto the diet and sticking at it. Distraction is the key, walks/chores or even get addicted to youtube and listen to old music and sing along.

I love music, it always cheers me up and my terrible singing voice annoys my OH and family in the process. Guaranteed smile!
