I think I need some motivation today.
I'm not at all hungry, I'm just really fed up today - so all I can think about is food . I'm nearly at the end of week 1 and I know I've lost a lot this week (had a sneaky peek on the scales), plus I can tell I've shrunk a bit as my clothes feel a bit big. So I should have all the motivation I need right there! But I haven't. I'm just fed up with everything today and want to turn to my old friend...food :cry:
