Feeling ill

ive just had a cafe milkshake for lunch and i actually feel sick, i normally have strawberry or chocolate as banana gives me terrible wind, i dont normally feel sick on them has anyone else had this on the cafe one? xx:jelous:

They did a Bannoffee one a while back and I bought that thinking it would be lovely but it actually made me gag and I felt sick for hours after.
I have found it is definately trial and error.

poor you :cry::cry: i haven't tried the cafe one, am a bit boring as i love the banana and strawberry!

it went off within the hour but i shall not be drinking that again, yuk yuk yuk lol.... i love the banana one but my fella says i aint human when i drink it as the wind is terriblex

I have farts from hell!! They even beat my hubby's 10 pints of beer and a chinese farts. lol
But hey, small price to pay for the end result!

The cafe one is my favourite! Im not a fan of the banana one that made me feel a bit on the ick side think it was too sweet.

lol!!!!!!!!!! its funny how they effect ppl in different ways aint it? i had my first meal bar today and i was fine thankgod cause i was at work 12hrs lol dont think they would of liked me by the end of the shift lol.i cant believe how easy im finding it, i really thought a cpl of days of this and i will cheat but i really dont feel too bad. All i keep thinking is what i will look like on the beach in july if i keep going, im determined to look good!! xx hope everyone else is doing good and feeling as happy as i am xxxx
