Feeling low

Hi all,
am new to this so will have to excuse me thought i would join as been feeling very deflated with it all recently. Weigh in on tuesday and was no where near what i thought it would be so was disappointed and to top it off i am now really poorly been sent home from work and not feeling able to prepare food or stick to plan how i would like any suggestions would be much appreciated :(
 
Hi there don't worry about feeling a bit down it happend to everyone! Since starting on SW have you lost any weight? You should try to focus on what you have achieved so far and that you are trying to change. Hard I know as you want to get on those scales and have lost a good half a stone each time! lol unfortunatley its not going to happen! Really if you feel that bad have a think and as long as you feel that by say monday you can be back on plan then have some treats this weekend! And as for being ill then I'd say eat what you can, don't worry about cooking up a gourmet meal just make sure you eat and if it's a healthier option then all the better.

wow that's brilliant! well done! yeah you've got to think about how far you've come and if you STS or only lose a lb just think about all the weight you have lost so far. And it happens to all of us, my weigh in was yesterday and my consultant STS and she was gutted because she had given up alcohol and been so good on plan but she looked on the bright side and sometimes it takes a week more than usual and next week you may lose loads! Have a good day and like i said before if in doubt just have some chocolate! (As long as you go back on plan!) hehe x
