i am now on day 9 and after feeling great all week (especially after my weigh in)i have woken today to feel out of sorts,not ill as such but feel very bloated like i am full of fluid and a bit achey,my legs have felt like they don't belong to me too if that makes any sense?! Not sure if this is just down to the ketosis or not? any ideas?
