I am so frustrated. I am following this diet to the latter and cannot seem to lose much more than I would on a normal diet. It is so frustrating because I have set mini goals I would have easily achieved in the past and it just is not working for me this time. I lost 3lb again a total of just 13lbs in 3 weeks.

I I just about feel ready to throw in the towel! This diet is the pants but is worth it when the weight actually drops but not when it doesnt. Anyway it looks like I'm not going to acheive my Goal.

Plus just found out it is my neices wedding on 10th August which just about stunts my last few weeks. I am feeling so negative and feel like my attempts to be slim for my holiday is turning into mission impossible.

Sorry for the negative post but I needed to let off some steam.

are you drinking enough fluids? the water really does speed up weight loss.
13lbs in 3 weeks is nearly a stone, thats pretty good going just imagine 13lbs x2 is 26lb
youre doing great, and just keep thinking its coming off not going on!

Yes I am drinking loads of water and herein lies the problem. For some reason I am retaining fluid. It has always been a problem for me but the last couple of times on the diet I didn't retain but now I am. I am at a loss to know how to stop my body holding onto fluid. I hate my body right now :(
 
As previous post suggested plenty of water but don't over do it I had too much water which had the reverse effect, idrink 3 litres with max of 4.5 I was drinking 6 or7 litres a day it may work Hun and13lb is still quite good it I'd disheartening when you lose much I only lost 1.5 pound this week which is crazy considering I don't eat nothing best of luck
 
Ah didn't see you previous post can you get some thing for fluid retention I know my mum holds water and is on fursimide not sure if that would help though

Hi,

The diet advises not to take duiretic due to losing essential electrolites and other crucial eliments which I think is important for heart conduction. I would be too scared to force fluid loss. I will just have to hope my body stops thinking I am starving to death and starts to allow some more fat off!

hi all, ive been on lipotrim for almost 6 weeks now and it is sometimes a bit annoying if you dont lose as much one week as you were hoping for but hey guys its all still a loss!! and a stone a month is really good, time flys by so just imagine........6 months later and 6 STONE lighter!! now doesnt that sound amazing!!?? its hard at times but its so worth it, i have really bad days sometimes when i feel like giving up but i know that by the next day im usually feeling positive again so keep at it, its not forever and you're all doing GREAT!! :clap::clap::clap::clap::clap:
 
I am feeling your pain Catt :eek: I too am losing slowly but I will not give up. Although when I am on a "normal" diet I only lose about 1-2lb a week, so 3lb for me is fab. I look at mine in 4 week intervals and as long as I have lost the stone that Lipotrim say is average then I can handle it :D my second 4 week stint was 12.5lb and I was a bit miffed but here I am still on it and now on week 11, I am nearly 3 stone lighter than I was 10 weeks ago,not bad eh?
Don't be disheartened, see what the next week brings, you never know you might get a big number ;)
