Hi peeps 
Well I stuck to my guns and joined the gym yesterday! I did 30 mins between the running machine, the cycle and the cross trainer (god that cross trainer gets you
). AND I went back today and did it all again plus 30 minutes on the resistance exercises (you know the ones that tone muscle, bum, boobs etc).
But the really amazing thing is that I think I'm actually enjoying it
