Just put 4 drops of the hazelnut essence bought from the Dukan shop in my home-sweetened FF yoghurt as I was craving something sweet and...

I've not ordered any was sorely tempted after reading this post - anyway Diamond let me know if they are worth it think I would get caramel & hazelnut but would love the coconut too
