Hey all,
Well, I went to the festival over the weekend and managed not to gain any weight!
I couldn't stick 100% to Dukan as I was limited to what was available on site so had lots of sausages and burgers (good quality ones) without the roll. Everyone just assumes you are gluten intolerant, and the stall holders all reduced the prices for this too which was great.
It was quite hard as there was so much wonderful looking food around (I won't elaborate as I don't want to give you cravings!). The drinks places didn't have any reduced fat cows milk but did tend to have soya milk, one even had an oat based one so I had that instead.
I wasn't great with the oatban as I had no coolbox and so after the first day had nothing to mix it with. Also getting the stove out in front of a tiny tent in the rain and wind was a major operation so no galettes.
I'm getting the hang of eating out too, and have been pleasantly surprised how pleased to accomodate me the places I've been to have been.
Holiday is the next challenge but I'm hoping with restaurants there may be a bit more scope to have seafood or steak

PS the festival was great too!
