hi, a few questions

1 does anyone know if there for %Protein carb and fats
2 Is gramflour(chickpick flour allowed as cornflour is allowed as tolerant)

Hi, sorry don't really understand number 1, are you asking what the percentages are we can have....i think this has been covered before, worth a search.

No idea on gramflour. We can;t have other flours so its probably a no no.,

hi dukannotsofatty, sorry done it second time, found the thread after asking (searched before and could not find it) but after i posted found the thread. Dont know if i can delete this thread and thanks gram flour keep away xx
