Fibre Fibre

Hi guys,

Just a quicky - is there any other type of fibre thing we can use? I'm nearly out of mine and don't want to order just that with a £4.99 postage. Just wondering if there's anything else similar that you know of that I can use in the mean time? Cheers in advance. Xx

I've been using psyllium husks, but I think that benefibre is the s&s equivalent cause it's got the same chicory root in it. x

Ah brillo thanks. I like to use it every day and should have ordered two pots. I'll get one of those in the meantime to keep me going. Oh! That sounds gross! I meant, er, well you know
