Fibreclear concerns

Has anybody used Fibreclear? I NEED to use it, don't want to gross you out with tmi, but was checking the info on the tub and it says that it contains 5.7g of carbs per 6g serving. Surely this would have an adverse affect on my weightloss?!

Hiya I use a tea spoon in EVERY morning shake & Every evening shake and I still need 2 laxatives a week. I am really suffering with it this time :-/ I'm not sure if it has any effect on weight loss ill let you know tomorrow but its certainly not kicked me out of ketotis x

Thanks Rachael, I'm really suffering this time too and I definitely drink about 3 litres of water per day. First time I tried, and failed, LT I didn't have this problem.
