Filo Pastry Recipes?

Hi all

I need another recipe
I have some filo pastry in the fridge that needs using, Ive been told 1 sheet = 3.5 syns so I was wondering if anyone knew any good things to do with the pastry? I heard sausage and bean pasties but cant find the post i saw it on....

any other recipes will be very greatfully accepted! lol

I make samosas with filo pastry. Peppers, onions, chillis, peas and chicken all softened in chicken stock with chilli powder in. Drain off then cut the filo pastry into strips, place a spoonful of thr mixture in the corner then turn it down into triangles. Keep folding till your at the bottom. Spray with fry lite then oven cook x
