Hi guys.

I'm Emma and I'm doing ww propoints.

After losing 30lbs in the last 12 weeks, I am just 3lbs away from my 10 stone goal.
I was really hoping to have lost it by my birthday, but after just losing half a pound this week, and my birthday being less than a week away, I'm not entirely sure it's going to happen.

Yeah, I'll get there when I get there, but I'm gonna work my butt off this week and try and get as much of that last 3lbs off when I weigh in at my meeting on Thursday (my actual birthday).

So here's the plan.
I need to be 100% on plan this week - no using activity points or weeklies (not that I usually do anyway)
I need to make sure I do my exercise routine.
I need to make sure I'm doing at least 12000 steps a day (or a weekly total of 84000)

I suppose 30lbs in 12 weeks is a pretty decent amount.

And I'm putting my small loss this week down to a large loss last week and the fact that I went to body tone and body combat the night before weigh in for the first time in 3 weeks after missing the last fortnight's classes due to work.
Hopefully it was just my body in shock thinking "ey up, what's going on here then?! Haven't done this for a while" and that it will show on Thursday.

I wasn't anywhere near as disappointed losing half a pound as I was at staying the same, so that's a result. Just need to work as hard as I can to get those final 3 off

I've just got back from the gym and have got my steps to 11288 so not far away from my 12000 daily target.
I'm pretty much doing a (Will)PowerPuff Girl Challenge on my own this week haha.

Went to the gym, went over my 12000 steps target, which I'm happy about, and eaten my 26 points - no more, no less.

Gotta keep on it.
Need to get as much off as poss.

Didn't do so well on Saturday with my steps.
Only did 9466 steps.
But did much better yesterday with 20647 steps.
So feeling ok about the rubbishness on Saturday.

That was an epic amount of steps on Sunday, u should feel very proud of yourself! Did you see how many steps I now have to do before I earn my first AP? Ridiculous! X

Yeah... I saw.
That's crazy.

Although I've noticed I now have to do 6 minutes of activity on high to be able to earn 1AP
It used to be 5 and has slowly been creeping up and up.
Forgot to put it on activity for 35 minutes down the gym this morning - idiot!
 
So yesterday I did 15906 steps - I was quite chuffed as I'd already hit the 12000 step mark before going to work - which is helpful as I don't do much walking at work.
I considered going over my 26 points yesterday as I'd had a mishap with scales and some salad cream & ketchup and ended up pointing 2pp unnecessarily, which I was gutted about.
I was tempted to lie to myself and say that I'd had a gram less of each and just use the extra points on other food, but I felt guilty about it, knowing I wouldn't be on plan fully, so just left it as it was.

Have only done 7400 steps so far today and it's just so warm that I don't feel like going out and doing any more.
I just wanna stay in the house where it's cool.
Boo to the summer.

Done my gym and zumba for today and am on 12AP so far today.
Hopefully get a couple more by the end of the day, providing I do my steps.
