I came back to mini's because I was seriously considering starting the cambridge diet but the more I think about it the more I think why spend £40 on shakes when I could spend that on proper food. I know the weight loss is super fast but I just don't think I have the will power to stick.
I've done calorie counting briefly but got distracted moved on to weight watchers, which I got fed up with and ended up giving up all together. I've decided to give it another shot and give it my all, my biggest problem is that I think the grass is greener on another diet and tend to hop between the diets.
I have a neglected gym membership I'm going to start using and really make try to succeed for once in my life. I've just started a new job so it is a new start all round for me, I'm hoping 2012 will be my year.
I've rediscovered my love for mfp, its much better now I have an iphone and the barcode scanner is pretty awesome. I haven't been cc'ing this week but I have been pretty good food wise, so will weigh in tomorrow and start day is tomorrow.
I know that I have to make an effort to spread my calories out because usually (with any diet) I don't eat a lot until the evening which isn't great. A mahossive new Morrisons just opened in town and I can't wait till payday on tuesday so I can go food shopping and actually buy real food.
