First day and stuck! Hot chocolate?

Its day 1 for me and I am already stuck! Hubby just made me a hot chocolate (standard cadburys). I ahve not had many syns today (4) so decided to drink it. How many syns would it be? I am allowed 3 x healthy As as breastfeeding still so am using the milk as one of those but what would the remaining value be in syns. Roughly?

Cadburys instant hot chocolate, dried, 1 LEVEL teaspoon = 1syn. Now you just have to find out how many tsp he used and if they were heaped maybe count each as 2syns
