First day help !!!!!

Hi I have started the easy extra plan on slimming world today I'm not fully understanding yet but hopefully that will get easier as time goes by :D Could anyone be so kind and see if what I've eaten today seems ok for my plan. BREAKFAST -2 weetabix with skimmed milk with an apple. LUNCH- ham with lettuce celery beetroot. DINNER-chicken fillet with mushrooms onion red pepper and beansprouts. I also ate a banana and will eat more fruit later when the munchies kick in :D
