Hello I'm startin superdrug meal replacment today its the same principle as slimfast I've tried cambrige and lipotrim and hated it so hope this will work for me good luck x

Cooolio that's great there's loads of us startin today sure we can all do it together I reali like the superdrug ones the vanila is lush there not as sweet as slimfast I deffo prefer em they were 2 for 7 quid x

Oooo that's good. I love the caramel slim fast in the tin, it's my favourite and I also really like the cheesy bites and the chocolate bars. Just been to the shop and stocked up on milk so I can use my tinned shakes xxx

I usually like to buy the Alpro Soya light milk as its lower in calories and tastes great in the shakes but my shop didn't have any so I got the 1% milk instead as I can't stand skimmed milk lol xxx

I agree its always only £1 for 4 pints compared to normal milk xxx
