As said above, just stick to plan, do not nibble, in fact, if you just decide on the hard and fast rule that NO food will pass your lips unless it's come out of one of the Exante packs, then you'll find it all a lot easier IMO.
Your losses will keep you going, motivation wise, and although your weight will fluctuate from week to week and maybe not always reflect the hard work you've put in that week... do not worry, just stick with it. It'll catch up over time, as you can't fail to lose on the kind of VLCD, it's an impossibility! I don't know what your goal weight is but time really does fly and whilst others are stopping and starting, if you just stick with it and
believe it really is going to work, you'll find yourself at goal before you know it!! And you'll be left wondering why the hell you didn't just do this before!!
