first day

hi, this is my first day doing this and so far its going really well, and i would love any tips/suggestions if anyone has any they would like to share with me :)
 
Hi there Baby and welcome :)

Firstly i would remind you to keep drinking the water. Secondly try and keep busy when the hunger strikes and please dont nibble! After 3-4 days you'll feel brilliant i promise, just please stick with it to that point.

Tis so worth it, keep us updated with how you go.

Welcome Baby! To the plan that's gonna change your life... :D

As said above, just stick to plan, do not nibble, in fact, if you just decide on the hard and fast rule that NO food will pass your lips unless it's come out of one of the Exante packs, then you'll find it all a lot easier IMO. :)

Your losses will keep you going, motivation wise, and although your weight will fluctuate from week to week and maybe not always reflect the hard work you've put in that week... do not worry, just stick with it. It'll catch up over time, as you can't fail to lose on the kind of VLCD, it's an impossibility! I don't know what your goal weight is but time really does fly and whilst others are stopping and starting, if you just stick with it and believe it really is going to work, you'll find yourself at goal before you know it!! And you'll be left wondering why the hell you didn't just do this before!! :)

thankyou everyone :) on day 2 now and i think im doing really well, im not feeling that hungry, but i have learned my lesson about drinking lots of water as that bit wasnt fun yesterday. trixy-kinda hard to skip waitrose when its my job lol but a big thankyou for all your help and support (and for being understanding when i call u and ask u silly questions) xx

its my 3rd day now and its going really well, in fact its going better than i expected as i was thinking id be really tired at this point but thats not happened at all which is great :) ive just discovered the porridge this morring and all i can say is wow its very yummy! althought i am finding i am struggling quite a bit with the soups.

how is everyone else doing? xx
 
yesterday was day 4 and i think it went well, even more so as i was out with a friend and her little boy and i resistance food,when we had to sit down for lunch in the pub, which i gota say was not as easy as i thought it would be :( but i am proud of my self for doing well though.
