First day..

Hello everyone,

I started my first shake yesterday at 5am (as i'm on night shifts this week) Im having one shake 5am, 5pm and 11pm until i finish my night shifts..First day has went well (think its because i've been sleeping in the day :rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes: Ive had a read through weight losses and they really are amazing...Ive got my holiday in 4.5 weeks and really hope to get some weight off..if i lose enough in 3 weeks i may start the re-feed a week before i go away and eat healthy on holiday...Ive got lots to motivate me not only for the holiday BUT...my first wedding dress fitting is at the end of sept :D:D:D and i will not be a chunky bride ;););)
