First few days on Atkins

Ok, so I’d been planning on starting something in the new year.
Unfortunately over Christmas I picked up a gastro bug, which lost me 12lb so was a bit of a head start.

So seeing as I was running on empty I thought I’d start Atkins.

Been eating simple,
Breakfast = 4 sausages.
Lunch = 2 boiled or scrambled eggs.
Tea = steak or homemade turkey burgers.

Now I’m drinking just on the 2L of water, had a scoop of peanut butter yesterday, until I remembered you’re not meant to on the first phase.

Had sore legs for the past 2 days, had a couple of knorr stock cubes (1 per day) to get some extra salt.

So I’m probably expecting miracles, I’ve put 2lb back on, but to be expected after not eating after my bug.

My weight hasn’t changed since I started though, kinda worried it won’t move...
 
It will don't worry, after not eating you are bound to put something on. It's not fat weight so don't worry. Stick at it. Atkins is way better judged by measuring not weighing so maybe take some inch measurements to compare instead of the naughty scales :)
