I've also been a lifelong dieter (in another intro post I wrote, I noted I've had issues since birth - and that is fact) and, coincidentally, I lost a lot of weight when I was ~16, too -- also in a very unhealthy and dangerous manner. (Thankfully, it didn't evolve into anything noticeably worse than just 40 lb weight loss...) But losing as a teenager is vastly different than it is with 20 more years tacked on!!
One last thing, Lau, I'd wouldn't have guessed you were new -- with your photo, profile and everything edited up like a pro, you seem like a site veteran... (And, of course, mentioning you'd "add me on this" -- which I have NO idea what that means. Did you read all of the documents, FAQ's and whatnot? Guess I should've too!! (Or maybe you are just a natural on sites like this?) =] If you DID read up, let me know if it helped you and is worthwhile... maybe I'll understand more of the vernacular on this site after brushing up a bit on the extracurricular readings... ;o)
