Hi
A bit about me-
I used to be a complete gym bunny and a very toned size 10, when I changed jobs I found I struggled to make time for the gym and eventually stopped going but still exercised in other ways at home so stayed a less toned size 10. I got married in 2010 and on the first day of honeymoon completely tore the ligament in my left knee. At the end of 2010 I had this operated on and slowly began to gain weight as I was doing no activity whatsoever.
By 2012 I was a size 14 and not very happy about it but was struggling to shift the lbs. In May I found out I was expecting our first child and our amazing son was born in January of this year. He is 10 weeks old today . Unfortunately I was one of those silly people who decide that pregnancy is the perfect time to stuff yourself silly so now I am sitting at 13st 12lbs and a very wobbly size 16
I have just joined Weight Watchers online who say I can have 45 pro points a day and 49 weeklies which seems a huge amount but I am breast feeding so we'll see how it goes. I've decided to start a food diary to keep me motivated. I have never done a slimming plan before so I'm excited to see the results.
