First up day

So today is my first up day and yesterday I was fine under 500 cals and looking forward to eating without restriction.......,.,
So I find it funny the thing I'm craving is jacket potato and tuna..., which I had for my tea, I have eaten cereal, mugshot, jacket pot tuna, choc biscuit, individual cheesecake and I still find I'm way under my calories for an up day, but I'm just not hungry!!
Never thought if hear myself say that as normally I can eat weather I'm hungry or not!!

Lol sounds like heaven to me! Tomorrow is my first UD, so looking forward to it!
 
It's funny, you go mad on cravings for everything you can't have on DD's then when you get to UDs you actually want something normal, or if you're like me just NICE FOOD. Like a big portion of beans on toast, or a potato with a dod o butter!

I always like to have a bit of chocolate or a treat EVERY UD anyway as I find my DDs are a lot easier when im well fuelled from the day before =)
