First week done!

Well today is day number 7 and iv just had my first weigh in and I lost 9lbs!!!! And also overall 10 inches ! So happy ! Was going to give up today but that is real motivation to get to next weeks weigh in !!! Short shorts here I come !

Well done that's brilliant x I just had 2nd weigh in and lost 4lb making it 1stone in 2weeks
