First week of the new me

So I'm 2 days in I've been eating

Yesterday I had

Breakfast
2 poached egg bacon tomatoes and mushrooms
banana muller light

Lunch
wafer thin chicken lettuce onion pepper cucumber cottage cheese on 2 small whole meal bread h/e
apple muller light

Dinner
tried chick-pea Dahl but I can't eat chick-peas I've discovered so I made a quiche with eggs cottage cheese and veg

Snack
strawberry cornetto 7 syns this was on EE

I did no exercise today

Today I'm having a green day which I prefer and I've had

Breakfast
2 poached eggs and beans on 2 wholemel toast h/e B
apple and banana

Lunch
rice fried in spray light with sping onion and mushroom

Dinner
baked potato with salad

Snacks 2 x aldi benefit bars h/e B
classic cornetto 9 syns

Im worried that I could be eating too many eggs and that I'm eating too much

Im going to do 30 minutes of tae-bo and 45 minutes of Zumba and 30 minutes on the Swiss ball

On both days I've had milk for my a choice and 2 litres of water

Sorry if I'm a bit long winded I just want to get it right

I don't see a problem with the eggs. The food standards recommendation has been relaxed now, as they don't think food that we eat has an adverse effect of cholesterol, it's more concerned with saturated fat.
As to eating too much, it looks fine to me, and you're doing a lot of exercise some days. Just eat if you're hungry, if not - stop:)
