First week on plan and I STS :(

Bloody typical. The leader looked surprised. Ho hum, onwards and downwards to next weeks weigh in. Lets hope I can still lose even with trying to entertain this weekend.

Although I have to remind myself although I haven't lost this week I have lost 2st5lb up to this point before I started WW so i should be happy about that :)
 
What were you doing before WW? It could be that you are actually eating more now if you were doing something drastic before. Also remember that people tend to come to WW from a position of NOT dieting and so they have the good losses to start with. If you were dieting before anyway then this won't apply.
 
I was really worried about this, I was calorie counting 1600 a day. And I've lost since day one which is good but I was FREAKING OUT!!

Get your leader To check you're on the right points xx
 
I did MFP before, 1200-1400 calories per day + exercise but since I broke my ankle over 9 weeks ago I've not been able to workout :(
 
The calorie intake is probably about the same then so you won't have that big loss that people who have not been dieting get when they start WW.

Just trust the plan to work and hang in there :)
 
After the weekend I've just had (totally hideous food wise) I highly doubt i'll see a loss for a long time on the plan. I'm not made to be thin!!
 
I would have said the same thing 8 weeks ago. This time it is working for me :) Believe in yourself!
