First week over

Pleased to report have lost 5lbs this week. Was expecting a nice fat loss becuase up until I got on the scales last week I was eating far too much biscuits/cakes, overloading on pasta and rinking hardly any water.
So this week I have discovered that I like cabbage and cauliflower and have had such amazing energy. Although my brain is still a bit fizzy (!) I feel like a new person. Have not missed the treats at all- my sweet tooth has defintly abated. A week ago I could not eat anything savoury without having some thing sweet and chocolaty afterwards. And the appetite has waned completly. No longer think about my next meal...just eat when I know I should :)
Also another major and important change is that I am not using salt on my food. Prevıously I covered my food in it, even though I knew it was bad for me. Now the food is so tasty it does not need the salt.

Fantastic, well done, isn't it amazing how your taste buds change, I have developed a passion for spinach and cabbage!:)
