ive been on slimming world for 5 weeks now and lost 1st 6lbs its fantastic because you can eat as much as you want.... as for meal idea the websight is a great place to get recipes aswell as the books they have on offer...
some easy simple great non dairy ideas i love are :
- steak (grilled)
-slimming world chips ( part boiled then done in the oven with fry light)
-mushrooms (done in fry light)
and then bulk it up with peas etc...
Or opt for a nice pasta salad using tinned toms and herbs to create the sauce- adding chicken and bacon both grilled
Jacket potatoes with beans and a side salad
Chillie with rice - (lean meat, kidney beans chillies and herbs)
Shepards pie- using lean mince chopped carrots and peas and a beef stock cube instead of gravy granuals with sliced potatoe on top
I also enjoy a full size curly wurly every day (6 syns) each
