Well this is the first week of my diet and it has started well (only 3 days so far). Not that I appear to have lost any weight, but I have managed not to eat any chocolate, biscuits or cake.
Generally I eat a low fat diet most of the time, but the above items tend to let me down and I am trying to stop snacking.
My job means I tend to sit down for most of the day, but this week I have walked the dog for at least 6 hours and I have swam about 90 length of the swimming pool. That alone should make a difference you would think, but will have to wait and see.
I know this is going to be a long hard road, but after looking at people's before and after pics I'm certainly inspired to do well. This time I won't give up.
