First week

Well I started my slim and save journey on Thursday! Enjoyed some of the meals and hates others!

Thought I would struggle with it in the beginning but choose to start it when I knew I had a busy week ahead!

It's actually been ok and I haven't been hungry! Yesterday I had the cottage pie with a small bit of salad and a couple of mushrooms and was shocked to find I felt full before I had finished it!!

Just woke up this morning and am feeling a bit yucky! Feel sicky and a bit dizzy! This is day 4 and the first day I've felt rotten! Hope it passes once I start eating and drinking!

How did everyone else find week one? So tempted to jump on the scales and see what's happening cause it's felt too easy!! Lol x

Hi hun,
I felt exactly the same on day 4 and 5,I was also nearly sick,and had toilet issues for couple days(just to warn you in case you get it too) ,but don't worry it does pass so stick with it,after that I've felt fine.Just take it as easy as you can,drink plenty of water,I'm sure you'll have a great loss:)

Oh well hopefully after tomorrow I will start feeling better! Felt compelled to check my weight today to make sure it was all worth it! In 4 days I've lost........ 12lbs!!! OMG!!! I know it may be more or less by the end of the week but clearly it's all working!! :) x
