First weigh in.

Just been to my first weigh in and I lost 8.5 lbs. And I'm buzzing. Xxx

It is I felt guilty at the start of the week with how much food I could eat but when I got weighed in today I was over the moon. Xx

It took me a couple of weeks to actually believe in the EE plan. I thought there was no way i can eat this and loose weight, my partner was just as shocked. I have lost 17 1/2lb in 5 weeks, didnt weigh in last week as was away so will see on wed what i have lost in 7 weeks would love to get my 1 1/2 stone x
