Day 5 was the hardest for me too. It wasn't that I was hungry, but I just missed the sensation of eating, flavours and textures.
On Sat, I'll be 4 weeks in. My weigh in is a Friday morning. I lost 5lb in week 1, 6lb in week 2 and only 1/4lb in week 3 but it was TOTM and I have weighed myself this morning and I'm 3+3/4lb down since Friday so I'm assuming it's all the water weight leaving my body.
I'd say about 90% of the time I find the plan really easy, the only time I have a wee wobble is when I'm out food shopping for the my family and I just wish I could put stuff in the trolly for myself. I really love to cook and bake which isn't so great when you're doing CWP lol. I've stuck to it 100% (apart from a boiled egg on day 5) so I know that I can do it until the end ~Cas x
