Step 1 Sole Source First weigh in

Have managed ok, quite hungry on day 5 but got through it..had a blip today as had family round for Sunday lunch. I had chicken and cabbage and afterwards a thin slice of strawberry flan which I made. Less than an inch wide at it's widest. Drank 8 pints of water though..back to 100% ss next week. No extras. Would love a stone off in total by next Saturday x where are you up to?
 
Day 5 was the hardest for me too. It wasn't that I was hungry, but I just missed the sensation of eating, flavours and textures.

On Sat, I'll be 4 weeks in. My weigh in is a Friday morning. I lost 5lb in week 1, 6lb in week 2 and only 1/4lb in week 3 but it was TOTM and I have weighed myself this morning and I'm 3+3/4lb down since Friday so I'm assuming it's all the water weight leaving my body.

I'd say about 90% of the time I find the plan really easy, the only time I have a wee wobble is when I'm out food shopping for the my family and I just wish I could put stuff in the trolly for myself. I really love to cook and bake which isn't so great when you're doing CWP lol. I've stuck to it 100% (apart from a boiled egg on day 5) so I know that I can do it until the end ~Cas x
 
Well done on your weight loss! I also had 7lb off today :) how are you feeling going in to your second week?

Did you get some bars this week?
I have can't wait to get stuck in to them!

No bars. I had them last time and wasn't keen. I had a bad Sunday after having a very think slice of strawberry flan and have picked at ham today. Back in work tomorrow where I can diet in peace!! Nothing to tempt me!! Well done for the 7lbs off.
I have just booked Tenerife in 7 weeks time so am now on a mission x
