-12lbs And loads of inches... .5 from waist 3 from hips 1.5 chest .5bust 2.5 thigh So 8 inches in one week!

I'm chuffed!

She wouldn't let me have the bars so I've got porridge soups a few tetras and 2 chocolate shakes!

Cannot wait until next week! Being 100% was super worth it!! X
