I I'm new here but I've been on SW for over a year now n lost 3 stone but I'm a little stuck! I was wondering if any1 had any syn free recipies for a sauce 2 put over sum cod fillets and also what superfree cud I put wiv it? I'm doin the extra easy plan! Thank you xxx

Hi I like to fry off some chopped onion and sliced mushrooms, add a little chicken stock( just about 1/4 cup) stir in 1/2 teaspoon mustard. Remove from heat and add slightly sweetened quark. This will give you some superfree food but you could also add roasted peppers to your plate.
