I just made this the other night and it's so easy I can't believe I only just discovered it:
Fresh raw salmon fillet, quantity to taste, skinned and in chunks, season to taste (the original recipe uses Thai curry paste, I just used salt, pepper, chili, ginger, lemongrass) blitzed/pulsed in your food processor so it's minced. Form into burgers (I made 6 burgers from 4 fillets) and fry in non-stick frying pan, absolutely no oil or fry-light needed! Even though it seems really wet, they hold together really well on cooking, I shaped them using two tablespoons and slid them of the plate into the pan . YUM YUM and so easy!
