Hi,

I bought a fitness magazine yesterday called 'Body Fit' its for ladies :D and i have to say, its fantastic!! Its full of absolutely everything from help, advice, equipment, crazes, workouts ect. And it explains exercise and different styles and gives different levels for different abilities ect. It really did surprise me and i highly recommend it...its monthly, new one is out now and is £4.99, worth every penny in my opinion :D:D:D

Fingers crossed it's this one.If so I'm going to subscribe as you get a pair of KP85 Pro-Tone Trainers from MandMDirect! and it's £17.85 for 6 months.:)

Bodyfit Magazine

Thats the one :D:D yeah i too am thinking of subscribing to it :D

I'm tempted to do it just for the trainers!

And me :) x

i wont be far behind you :) in my new trainers he he he

Well you can cancel as soon as the first payment has been taken

I have just purchased this months to see what it is like. cover price is £3.50 - so just by a 6 month subscription you save 60p per issue. Seems too good an offer to refuse - especially if you get a free pair of trainers (worth 29.99) too!

Helps convince me that I wanted new workout trainers!

Last months issue was bigger and was £4.99 so i think the price can vary, so that makes it an even better deal :)

I wish I'd have done this now - I'm needing new softer footed trainers for indoor use. Might just have to buy a pair.
