Flava it marinades - syn value?

Hi there!

I'm sorry to be a pest, but I don't have access to the syn calculator.

I was in Morrisons earlier and I picked up a couple of sachets of marinade/seasoning.

They're called Flava-it, and I picked up the Barbeque and Chinese marinades.

Does anyone know the syn value for these?

Nutritional info:

Per 100g

Energy - 341kcal
Protein - 3.2g
Carbohydrate - 80.1g (65.4g of sugar )
Fat - 0.9g (0.1g saturated)
Fibre - 2.2g
Sodium - 3.0g


After looking at the nutritional info I think these are going to be really high in syns

Serves me right for not looking at the back of the packet before I pick things up

If anyone could work this out for me that would be good

No worries - I've answered my own question. I should have looked under flava it rather than Morrisons in the Food directory.

They work out as 7.5 syns for the 45g sachet

Although I wouldn't use a whole sachet for just me, so it wouldn't be too bad!

I have worked it out as 17syns per 100g on all plans...
what size packs are they in?

Sounds like a syn bargain Allie!! Just the sight of the little chilli on the label is enough to send me into a cold sweat though - I really can't tolerate any kind of chilli/spicyness! So I can never have curries or chilli - poo xxx
