Food advice needed!!

Hey all
Popped on for advice....have three nights of eating ahead my friends eat out to celebrate birthdays!
I am on first week of ts and been a 100% so far.
What to do...tomorrow my friend is doing Greek...souvlaki...
I could take my stuff though to eat i don't think that would be a problem.
But two Indian meals then!!! What should i have...meat based food???
What are good choices?
I am trying to get out of one of them!!!

Indian is easy, chicken tikka, salad no sauce , no nan or rice, if you want a starter chicken chat would also be fine, meat no sauce is a good rule, Here in Abu Dhabi they do giant mixed grills, all types of bbq chicken and lamb and stuff which is perfect for Dh as a low carber so maybe something similar?

With the Greek I'm not so sure, would your friend be upset if you didn't have a munch??

Meal update....only one Indian now! Have checked out their menu too and they have lots of meaty dishes with no sauces...and they have what you have suggested too. So easy peasy.

Souvlaki is a meat kebab too so that should be ok and i'll have salad with that too. I don't drink so that's not a problem.
Feel in control and making good choices.

Off to do and hour of yoga in front of the tv!
