Well I finally plucked up the courage to join a class last night, after weeks and weeks of half heartedly following it from home with my house mates. I didn't weigh as much as I thought which is a good thing, but also being 6 st fatter than I was before uni was pretty depressing
Decided to keep a food diary as they seem to help others, and hopefully if I'm doing anything wrong, someone lovely can tell me. I am very fussy with veg, but I'll try my best for the 1/3 super free!
Week 1: Goal - realistically 3 lbs. Aiming too high - 5 lbs to get into the 14s
