Food diary of a hungry hippo

Well I finally plucked up the courage to join a class last night, after weeks and weeks of half heartedly following it from home with my house mates. I didn't weigh as much as I thought which is a good thing, but also being 6 st fatter than I was before uni was pretty depressing :(

Decided to keep a food diary as they seem to help others, and hopefully if I'm doing anything wrong, someone lovely can tell me. I am very fussy with veg, but I'll try my best for the 1/3 super free!

Week 1: Goal - realistically 3 lbs. Aiming too high - 5 lbs to get into the 14s

Breakfast
: Wholemeal bun (HexB) Lean Bacon (Free) Mushrooms and Sliced Tomatoes (Speed)
Lunch: SW Ready Meal - Chicken Tikka Masala
Dinner: Spaghetti Bolognese - Extra Lean Mince and Pasta (free) tomatoes, mushrooms, onion, garlic, carrots (Speed) Parmesan (HexA)
Snacks/Syns: WW Crinkles (4 syns) HexA: Parmesan HexB: Wholemeal Roll

Total Syns: 4 so far!

Must try and get more syns tomorrow -is it important to eat the full 15? :)

Breakfast: 2 slices 400g wholemeal (HexB) 1 cheese slice (3 syns) sliced tomatoes and mushrooms (speed) = Cheese, tomato and mushroom toastie

Lunch: Left over bolognaise (free, speed & HexA)

Dinner: Chicken Fried Rice - chicken, rice, 1 egg, soy sauce, chinese 5 spice (free) onions, mushrooms, peas (speed)

Snacks/Syns - 1 cheese slice (3 syns) wotsits (5 syns)

Total Syns: 8

Thursday 26th march

Absolute shitty day and managed to avoid takeaway chocolate and wine - it's a miracle!!

Breakfast - 2 400g toast (hexb) cheese slice 3

Lunch. - bacon mushrooms and tomatoe

Dinner - chicken, sw chips, Cajun seasoning, salad, Halloumi (hexa)

Syns - wotsits (5) cheese (3)

Total syns 8
