Ok... here goes! I broke myself in last week with 5 days of SE... (didnt weigh myself til a couple of days into it... and had lost 5lbs by saturday)
lapsed a bit on sunday (gateaux...eeek).. but I have decided i definately need to start recording what I eat so it might make it easier for me to plan meals and stay on track!! (and hopefully not end up eating the same thing)
Anyway... here is today...
Sucess Express day1
B: Mixed fruit (strawberries, blue berries, grapes and cherries) with Muller light vanilla yoghurt
Snack: 1/2 can sugar free redbull (really should stop drinking them!)
thats all ive had so far today but the rest of the plan is as follows
L: Chicken drumstick with salad plus small amount of salad cream (syns?)
Not sure about dinner but might just have some Honey nut shredded wheat (Hex B) with skimmed milk (HexA) with a banana or something.
not feeling great today so not got a great appetite!
Should be greatful while it lasts!! xx
