Have been off track now for a few weeks and really struggling to get back on track but woke up this morning and feel motivated so I'm going to start writing a food diary......

Thursday 9th feb

Breakfast
2 scrambled eggs
Spaghetti
2 ww whole meal bread toasted (hex b)

Lunch
Jacket potato
Salad
Beans
Cheese (hex a)

Dinner
Curried chicken with carrots, onions and tomatoes
Rice
Roast potatoes
Broccoli, corn on the cob

Snacks
Hifi bar 6 syns
3 syns sw pancakes

Yh I'm on EE I struggle sometimes tho u have 1/3 plate of super free foods. But I'm trying. I'm focusing now I have a wedding dress to get into xx

I tend to live on asparagus as a starter lol x
