The title says it all...I love food, which is why I chose slimming world instead of a super low cal diet. I had a baby 19 weeks ago and I hate my body now. I think it's mainly lack of exercise and having the 'pregnancy mentality' of being able to eat what I want. Bad decision by me. I'm now fat. So I begin tomorrow but will weigh in Wednesday
