The title says it all...I love food, which is why I chose slimming world instead of a super low cal diet. I had a baby 19 weeks ago and I hate my body now. I think it's mainly lack of exercise and having the 'pregnancy mentality' of being able to eat what I want. Bad decision by me. I'm now fat. So I begin tomorrow but will weigh in Wednesday :)

I'm rubbish at sticking to diets as I love cheese, chocolates and pastry. But I'm hoping a food diary/photo diary will keep me on track.

I begin tomorrow so wish me luck :)
 
It feels like I have options when I am hungry. Like if I don't want an apple, I can have yogurt or something.

So far so good, this is my planned food for today.

Breakfast
Omelette with pepper, onion, mushrooms

Lunch
Sandwich (hb) with lettuce, tomato, chicken
Melon & Apple & Yogurt

Dinner
Sausage Casserole(7s) includes carrot, parsnip, potato, onion, mushroom and peas

Snacks
Milk for drinks (a)

I have 8 syns left for snacks if needed and also free food. So I'll decide on snacks if I'm hungry :)
