I have just downloaded this from amazon - it is free at the moment for kindle. (If you don't have a kindle you can download the kindle reading app for pc free from amazon and read kindle books on your pc). I haven't had a good look at it yet, so don't know what the recipes are like, but some of you may be interested,

Hi Rosie,

Presume you mean on SW red days? No, quinoa is free on Green and Extra easy days, but is synned at 4 syns per 25g dry on Red.

On WW Filling and Healthy days it is a 0 pp food (I think)
